CEOS, COMPENSATION SURVEY

With CEOs to employees (of all colors) compensation ratio at all time highs in Fortune 500 companies, what can we conclude from this data set in terms of which colored race CEOs/Boards are gaining the most in a country, supposedly known for diversity from different walks of life, race, color, gender and more?

Data set - a bit dated, but still relevant.
